ORDER & CUSTOMER POLICY

Every order is confirmed in writing with the product specification, quantity, price, payment schedule and expected delivery arrangement.
Pre-orders
A 50% deposit secures an imported order. The remaining balance becomes payable according to the written order confirmation. Changes or cancellation may be restricted once purchasing or shipping has begun.
Delivery & inspection
Delivery timing is an estimate until shipment details are confirmed. Customers should inspect products promptly and report any visible problem through WhatsApp with supporting photos.
Refunds & resolution
Refund or replacement eligibility depends on the confirmed order terms, product condition and stage of fulfilment. ChinaSource Ghana will review documented issues and communicate the available resolution.
